Running in Boise

Table Rock can be a treacherous place for a run. Somehow Aaron came out ok, even with his fall, but my knee suffered. We did about 10 and a half miles. As it turns out, that was about 10 miles more than I was in shape for. This was three weeks ago.

Last night I ran outside for the 1st time since the Table Rock debacle. I ran with Chris and Fernando. We did 5.5 miles on the green belt and so far all my joints seem to be cooperating. My new running hat was a hit with the bystanders.

Coeur d' Alene

This week I've been living out of my suitcase in Coeur d' Alene. Luckily it's a pretty big suit suitcase. Working someone else's files is never fun, but at least I get all the fast food I can eat. It's been a little chilly, but it is a nice time to be up here, the leaves are just starting to get pretty.

This photo is of a really nice trail down by the marina called Tubbs Hill. I barely threw up at all after getting to the top.
